Where do sessions take place?

All sessions will be virtual via Zoom. Upon booking a session, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide you with a zoom link to log on to your session at the time you have scheduled.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we do not accept insurance. All sessions will be self-pay upon booking.

How do I pick a time for a session?

After choosing the type of session or package you would like, you will select the option and you will be transferred to the booking page that will show available days and times to book.
