EDUCATION
Megan attended the University of Kentucky for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She has earned a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Minor in Coaching.
ATHLETIC CAREER
While attending the University of Kentucky, Megan was on the gymnastics team. There she had the opportunity to attend SEC and NCAA championships. Megan was named to the SEC Community Service Team, received the UK Athletics Catsby Scratch Award, and was inducted into the UK Athletics Frank G. Ham Society of Characters. Competing in the SEC was a dream come true for Megan!
EXPERIENCE
Megan has had experience implementing mental performance services at Lexington Christian Academy High School and offering her services to each team as well as individuals. There she worked with football, archery, soccer, and golf.
Megan has also built a partnership with Excel Gymnastics in Richmond, KY, offering mental performance services in group rotations once a week to the team, as well as individual sessions.
